Mainly because the staff are generally mostly new to the site. I think most are kindhearted.

In the main the service has been good with only a few exceptions around informing us around timelines of outside appointments.

Keeping us aware of what is going on as sometimes it isn’t clear.

The ward environment looks inviting, interesting and friendly. There are beautiful pictures on the ward. I would like staff to talk with the patients more.
